The Perfect Recipe

for Losing Weight & Eating Great

Pam Anderson
Meet Pam Anderson, USA Weekend and Better Homes and Gardens food columnist and best-selling cookbook author, as she teaches you how!
Greetings!
Well, what a month January was for all of us... switching over to a new class reservation system kept us all on our toes. Thanks so much for all your patience with us as we worked out the kinks. The system is working very well now and we are so happy with it. Your feedback has also been very helpful.

Of course, it would have been a lot easier if Pam were here but we somehow managed anyway.

Have you managed to stick with your new year's resolutions? I'm still waging war with the scales so it is with great excitement that I await Pam Anderson's visit to Portland (see below). I definitely want to eat great yet keep the pounds off, just like she's done. She looks great!

We have had some wonderful classes already... the Andina class was a great start to the year. As always, they did a magnificent job. The Ten-01 class was also an evening to remember; Jack Yoss has given us permission to publish his sweet-onion & cauliflower recipe for you (see below).

And now we look forward to a month filled with chocolate, wine, roses and romance. We've planned some special treats for you and your loved one.

All the best,
Barbara

The moment this book hit our shelves, we knew it would be a winner. I was so glad when Judith chose to review it for us.

Ten-01 Sweet Onion-Cauliflower Soup

Ten-01 Sweet Onion-Cauliflower SoupWe love this soup served up by Executive Chef Jack Yoss of the lovely Ten-01. We've had it numerous times and never grow tired of it. Here's the recipe for you to try at home. Jack garnishes the soup with spicy lamb sausage, golden raisins, almonds and a drizzle of curry oil.

By the way, have you tried lunch at Ten-01 recently? What a treat... it's worth the visit!
